This Saturday, December 10, pound-for-pound champ Roy Jones Jr. dusts off his boxing shorts and makes his celebrated return to the ring to take on Max Alexander in a Cruiserweight bout in Atlanta, GA. If anyone knows about having a gift in the world of professional sports, Roy Jones Jr certainly does.  The Boxing Association of America’s “ Fighter of the Decade” in the 90’s, Jones won world titles in the middleweight, super middleweight , light heavyweight, and heavyweight division.

While news of Roy Jones Jr’s combat was big news already, what’s even more exciting is that BOTH fighters are Body by Vi Challenge Promoters. Even more, they’ve thrown down a unique Challenge to each other. Check it out his video-  making this Challenge VERY public!

A Few of our team members

 
On today, Monday, November 15, I have  decided to take the plunge and join the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge. For as long as I can remember I have been trying to lose weight, with marginal success. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t know through all of the frustration that I hada few things working against my well intended efforts 1) insulin or metabolic  resistance and 2) Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).  Both of these conditions equate to a pre-diabetic condition, which in many instances makes it very difficult  to lose weight. So, you might ask, ‘why are you trying this chellange thing?’
